Fall Plant Sale
Saturday, October 11, 9am to 5 pm and
Sunday, October 12, Noon to 4 pm. 2014

The Fall Plant Sale is just days away. If you haven't already, it's time to take that hard look at your late summer landscape and figure out what new roots you'll need to plant this fall to ensure those bare spots left open by last winter's damaging freezes become bright and cheery garden spots come next spring and summer. That's right --- It's time to "Plant Roots for A Bright Tomorrow!"

The HBG Fall Plant Sale offers a unique, gardener curated list of plants procured from respected regional nurseries, local growers, and our own Botanical Garden greenhouses! As has been done in recent years, the Plant Acquisition Committee has identified a dozen plants to feature at the sale as Blue Ribbon Winners. These prized plants go that extra mile in your garden, be it for their easy care, their drought or cold tolerance, or their ability to attract and host birds, butterflies and bees. They will be identified at the sale with special "blue frame" markers.
